TID has begun making proactive releases from Don Pedro Reservoir due to significant precipitation forecasted in the Tuolumne River Watershed over the next 16 days. With these releases and localized precipitation, the Tuolumne River will rise quickly, above normal winter levels.

On this day in 1893, La Grange Dam was completed. At the time, it was the tallest overflow dam in the country.
Today, over 130 years later, it works just as hard, serving the same valuable purpose of diverting water into the irrigation systems of both TID and @mod_irrigation.
