🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is ERUPTING in Baltimore after a Black 12-YEAR-OLD in a STOLEN car blew through a RED LIGHT and K*LLED a 69-year-old White man... ...FLED THE SCENE... and because of his age, he has NOT been charged with ANYTHING!!! ...but his White female passenger? She was charged. Yes, you read that right. On Wednesday, September 30th, around 1 in the afternoon, Barry, a 69-year-old man was riding his motorcycle through the intersection of North Dukeland Street and West North Avenue. Video shows the stolen Kia swing AROUND a car that was stopped at the light and then smash right into Barry. Barry was rushed to the hospital, but he didn't make it. Police say video shows the two kids inside got out... and RAN AWAY, the driver was 12 years old. His passenger was a 15-year-old White girl. The 15-year-old White female passenger was charged with motor vehicle theft. The Black 12-year-old who was behind the wheel? No charges. Yes... NO CHARGES. Police say that because of his age, they filed a "Child in Need of Supervision" referral and met with the Department of Juvenile Services. That's it. No arrest. No charges. A referral to juvenile services, and they decide whether he gets services, supervision... or nothing at all. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

Last night, I was informed that one of the defendants named in the boys’ lawsuits was continuing to make defamatory statements about them — and was even claiming the lawsuit itself was fake. So, naturally, I made my way into his live and offered him a copy. Instead of backing off, he continued making statements that may very well help the boys’ case. Then, after I left the live, he completely crashed out, called me racist, and referred to me as a “snow roach.” I don’t usually do this, but I’m going to be honest: it was incredibly funny and oddly satisfying to watch. Sometimes even I have to take a break from the serious reporting and have a little bit of fun. “You might want a copy of it so you can provide it to an attorney”  “To an attorney?” “Yes, you’re going to need one”

BREAKING: Authorities have stopped an alleged ISIS-inspired mass shooting plot targeting the Mall of America before it could be carried out. Federal prosecutors say 18-year-old Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud pledged allegiance to ISIS and initially wanted to travel overseas to fight for the terrorist group before allegedly turning his attention to Minnesota. Court documents allege Mohamud planned to attack an Oct. 24 event at the mall, hoping to kill 30 to 60 people. Just-released bodycam from the 2023 Richneck Elementary shooting shows the 6-year-old who shot his teacher, Abby Zwerner, still in the classroom, held by a reading specialist, cursing at her and at police. “You want a piece of me?” he says. “I stole that from my mom.” He had pulled his mother’s loaded 9mm from a jacket pocket during afternoon reading and shot Zwerner from about 10 feet. The bullet went through her hand and into her chest, collapsing a lung. The gun jammed after that first round. Seven more were still in it. A first-grader does not steal a loaded gun, shoot his teacher, then dare officers to come get some unless that is what he learned at home. His mother, Deja Taylor, was charged. She got 21 months in federal prison on the gun charges and 2 years on a state felony child-neglect count, served back to back — nearly 4 years. The judge said she abdicated her job as a parent. She was released in February. The assistant principal who was warned the child might have a gun had all eight felony counts dismissed in May 2026. The boy was never charged. He is now 9 or 10 and still living with his great-grandfather in Newport News. Can you imagine what kind of adult he turns out to be? Watch the footage. 🚨PURE EVIL: 43-year-old "trans nurse" Kieran Ansley raped a newborn baby girl at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, where he worked. The baby had been born 4 months premature but was showing development. Fractures in her bones, bruises on her body, and wounds on her tongue were detected. The words of the baby's grandfather, Robert Steavens, were heartbreaking: "We waited so long for her to heal, she recovered. She was going to be discharged two days ago, and then this happened." He will appear in court on November 10.

Charlie once spoke at Cambridge University in a room that was totally against him. When he talked about it on his show, he said: “We need to be unafraid to go into those environments… We need to be unafraid to go into the place where we’re not always going to be applauded. We’re not always going to be celebrated. We’re not always going to be welcomed with open arms.” Vanity Fair put me on their New Establishment list and I understand why some are asking why I would sit down with them. The answer is two-fold: 1) They were going to write something whether I participated or not. I could leave their audience with a story about me told entirely by other people, or I could speak for myself. 2) Growing our movement means going places where everyone doesn’t already agree with us. That’s what our students do on campuses every day, by the way. They set up a table and talk to whoever walks up, including people who disagree with them. They don’t pack up and go home just because someone says something they don’t like or flips their table or spits on them. I ask them to have that courage every day and I should be willing to do the same thing. As conservatives, we know that legacy media outlets are often hostile to us. But it doesn’t make sense to retreat until every magazine, university, cultural institution and media platform we disagree with comes to our side. Charlie didn’t do that, neither do our students, and I won’t do it either. Will they take digs at me? Of course. They spent plenty of time on my appearance, clothes and mannerisms rather than our growth, momentum, and resilience. There are things in the piece that lack context, that were petty, and in some cases even sort of mean, but that was to be expected. But now faith, freedom, and family are sitting in the pages of Vanity Fair, and a whole lot of people who don’t follow Turning Point USA are reading about those principles. To keep taking back ground as conservatives, we need to boldly walk into the left’s “safe spaces,” sharing our values, and talking about why America is worth fighting for. If we actually want to win the culture, we can’t just surrender huge parts of it to the left and then complain that they control it. There are a lot of opinions about the list and the profiles. Mine is that we need more dialogue, not less, and a lot more conservatives willing to walk into rooms where we aren’t expected, aren’t always welcomed, and certainly aren’t guaranteed applause. My plan is to keep walking into them.

I want you to really think about this. A bunch of crazed activists who have been after me for over a year are now trying to use the court system to shut down my free speech because I reported ACCURATELY on a woman whose audio was used to target innocent young men in the Nolan Wells case. The phrases “dammit, Bart” and “Nolan, wake up” from the FAKE transcript were used as dog whistles everywhere on social media as a means to accuse the boys and taunt those who defended them. They even did it to me and are still using those phrases under my own articles. I believe these people are all connected. They communicate. They share each other’s posts. They scheme and plot on TikTok Lives and in their messages to each other. So far in the last year and a half, I’ve been targeted with CPS, swatted, and a man is in prison for ten years for stalking me. That was just during the Karmelo Anthony case and my reporting was completely confirmed during the trial. Now, I’m reporting accurately on the Nolan Wells case and announcing lawsuits as I communicate with the attorneys working on this case, and they’re attempting to shut down my speech altogether because they didn’t like my reporting on the audio engineer. Even though my reporting, yet again, was CONFIRMED by a grand jury. They’re attempting to file a protection order against me by saying I stalked and bullied them, when in reality, my own attorney could not even defend me at the courthouse without being harassed the moment he walked out the door. We will not bow down to this. People are coming to my defense. People are waking up to what’s happening. And I’m so grateful to everyone who has messaged me with support and said they stand behind me! I love you all. You are America! You are the true lovers of the Constitution. You are We the People.
