$UAMV will be making a formal update after the Q2 Filings have been completed and filed. The Q2 filings are a need to complete the package with the potential new financial partners (up to $50 million). $UMAV's Skyborne Technology has changed the current design of the four power plants (ROTAX) to integrate a fully electric propulsion system on the current DART SA70-12 drone airship for longer duration of flight while reducing 50% of the propulsion system weight. The structures that integrate with the four electric motors are also being changed out with lighter structures that have already been implemented. The process of the power plant design change started back in June of 2026 after meeting with potential customers. The goal is to utilize the new propulsion advancements to achieve higher altitudes as the company heads to near-space objectives. $UMAV's Skyborne Technology team has past experience with electric propulsion systems of which one of the successes occurred in 2023 under an Air Force AFWX contract to design an build an unmanned all electric airship. $UMAV is still on target to be in the air Fall/Winter 2026. The helium order has been resolved and timed with the weight balance analysis event. More to come from $UMAV after the Q2 filings have been completed and filed.
