Today is Moms’ Equal Pay Day. Moms working full-time, year-round, were paid 74 cents, and all earners were paid 64 cents for every dollar paid to dads in 2024. Every worker deserves equal pay for equal work. When moms earn fair wages, families are stronger, and everyone benefits
