Okay @CatalystMkts_ might be on to something here 👀 1) looks like the way the LP pool works is intentional 2) today's announcement got a repost from @RobinhoodCrypto so i'll take that as a win also interesting take from @UFFIEx on FOMO (see screenshot) The way I understand it: 1. The setup below $2.2M is asymmetric Most of the LP weight sits between roughly $1.3M and $2.2M. That means this range is naturally harder to move through. There’s more supply to absorb, so price can chop around for a while even if buyers keep coming in. If you’re buying around $1.8M, the market still has to eat through meaningful supply before $2.2M. But if it gets through that wall, the structure changes. The move could look something like: $1.3M → $1.6M → $1.8M → $2.0M → $2.2M Slow. Choppy. Lots of back-and-forth. Then potentially: $2.2M → $2.6M → $3M → $4M Much faster. Above $2.2M, there’s supposedly very little supply left sitting in the pool. So the same amount of buying that barely moves price inside the wall can move it much harder once that wall is gone. You’re sitting below the part of the curve where liquidity gets much thinner, while the project still has future announcements, updates and potential new demand ahead of it. 2. If momentum keeps building, it can turn into a massive PvE run The best-case scenario is that holders aren’t just trading against each other. There are actual reasons for new demand to keep showing up: more announcements, more usage, more attention, more volume and treasury accumulation. If existing holders aren’t rushing to sell at the same time, then above $2.2M you get a very different setup: new buyers + treasury buying + new catalysts → competing for very little available supply That’s where thin liquidity becomes powerful. Instead of everyone fighting over who exits first, the market is collectively pushing into new demand. And when a lot of dollars are chasing very few available tokens, price can move very fast. That’s the PvE scenario I’m looking for. Are we getting closer? @CatalystMkts_
had high hopes for this product but it's starting to look really sloppy liquidity pool got messed up after 2.2M mcap and the team still hasn't addressed it now they've deleted yesterday's post and put out the exact same thing today there are a lot of eyeballs on this launch but we're going to need a lot better than this

$catalyst, the LP nobody read 1M supply, 100% sent to the pool at launch: zero team allocation, zero unlocks, and no liquidity added or pulled since. the LP is an 8-rung ladder, with almost all the weight sitting between 1.3M and 2.2M MC. that's why price is ranging: we're eating through the wall. selling at 2M is the dumbest thing u can do, because above 2.2M, only 4% of the supply is left in the pool. on paper, ~$15K is enough to send it to 3M, ~$30K to 4M. the wall absorbs everything, then it's thin air. meanwhile, the hook takes 1% of every swap to the treasury, and every market that resolves into CATALYST buys CATALYST. the range is the accumulation. gazillions.
Replying to @Cryptowithkhan
absolutely nothing is wrong with the LP.

what is the price of conviction? conviction can be rational. conviction can be irrational. conviction can fade. conviction can compound. conviction can be infinite. and now, conviction can be tokenized. introducing catalyst — markets for moments. everyone has an opinion about what happens next. but an opinion costs nothing. conviction is what you’re willing to put behind your view. catalyst turns that conviction into a live market around a real-world event. — we’re starting with social interactions: posts, follows, replies, mentions, and other moments that happen online. but the primitive goes much further: earnings calls. token listings. product launches. breaking news. onchain events. anywhere there’s a catalyst that can move an asset, there can be a market before it happens. — every catalyst market has two sides. fuse — conviction that it happens. fuse is a token you can buy, hold, and trade for as long as the event hasn’t occurred. its price reflects the market’s live conviction. add, reduce, or exit at any time. fade — conviction that it doesn’t. instead of buying fuse, traders can deposit into the fade pool. while the catalyst hasn’t fired, fade earns from fuse trading activity. but if the event happens, the entire fade pool becomes additional value for fuse holders. — then comes fire. the moment the catalyst event occurs, the market doesn’t simply resolve. it converts. fuse liquidity is automatically used to acquire the predetermined outcome asset. those assets are distributed pro rata to fuse holders, along with the entire fade pool. instantly. a mechanic unique to the composable and programmable market structure of onchain tokens. the goal is simple: position before the catalyst, not after the market reacts. — fuse the conviction. fade the event. fire into the outcome. catalyst is live. markets for moments.
