On Sept. 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed, establishing a new framework of government shaped by debate and compromise. For 239 years, the document has served as a pillar of American democracy. USC is honored to have hosted some of the United States’ most important founding-era documents, bringing a piece of U.S. history to the Trojan Family.
