Twenty-five years later, we solemnly reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and enduring memory of those lost on September 11, 2001. While the scars remain, our nation and Navy carry forward an unyielding legacy of resilience. Forged from the ashes of tragedy, USS New York (LPD 21), USS Arlington (LPD 24), and USS Somerset (LPD 25) stand as living testaments to that strength, carrying steel from the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Shanksville. We will #NeverForget.
