Up to 80% of cancer patients have malnutrition. Radiation therapy can make eating and drinking more difficult and can lead to an increased risk of malnutrition. Unintentional weight loss, decreased appetite, reduced food intake, and loss of muscle mass can all be warning signs.

1. Liberalize post-induction chemo CA199 criteria
2. Allow tumor treating fields
3. Up to 8 mo induction chemo
