@UbisoftBlueByte Ich hab ein Problem mit Anno 1800. Habe das ganze vor einem knappen Jahr an @UbiSupportDE gemeldet. Mittlerweile hat man dort zugegeben, dass man mir nicht helfen kann oder wird. Ich soll mich stattdessen direkt an euch wenden. Wie erreiche ich euch am besten?

@ANNO_EN @UbisoftBlueByte I have Anno 1800 through Steam, how can I purchase the Holiday Pack? The in game overlay of Uplay Store never loads for me.

@UbisoftBlueByte Kann ich die Bug-Fixes (wie z.B. der DESYNC) aus #SiedlerIV HE auch in meiner Siedler IV Gold Version nachinstallieren? und wo finde ich diese Patches? Oder gibt es die Möglichkeit eines Upgrades?

Hi, leider sind die History Edition und die Gold Edition nicht kompatibel und die Patches daher nicht übertragbar.
