Yesterday, we went from free tier to paid tier on OpenRouter.
We have fulfilled on track close at 4.5B tokens served and $102K ARR.
We are open network of Mac machines (250 online right now). On average, people are earning $120-200 per month per machine.

Not just because of the prizes.
Hackathons force you to:
β Learn quickly
β Build under constraints
β Make decisions faster
β Ship something real
β Explain what you built
That environment teaches you a lot about yourself
One thing Iβve learned about being a founder:
You have to be comfortable being a beginner again.
New chain.
New tools.
New ecosystem.
New people.
It can feel uncomfortable, but that discomfort usually means youβre learning something.

So technically, I need around 2.3 SOL to deploy this program on Solana.
Thatβs basically $230+ just for deployment.
Coming from Base, this was a bit surprising because you can deploy a contract there for less than $5, or even just a few cents if the contract is lightweight.
