I keep hearing that 'BR is dead'. No chance. IMO it's like TDM or CTF now. If an FPS ships without a decent BR it won't sell as well, and there's still a lot that can be done with the genre.
And a decent studio needs to follow up on this ⬇️
Tell me there is a developer, that is aiming to bring a BR to market, that encompasses the things PUBG did well. Gameplay favored towards realism, top tier gunplay, Intricate maps that allow for strategy, and use of terrain. So much potential untapped, do it better, it will kill!
