One of the most exciting parts of player development is preparing a player for where they desire to be, not just where they are today. With @LilyPoland_2030, we’re simplifying decision-making and discipline in the cage so those skills can eventually carry over into competition. Why does that matter? Because when she gets to college, the coaches will have a game plan for her. The question won’t simply be, “Can she swing?” It will be: Can she understand the game plan? Can she make the right decisions? Can she adjust based on what the pitcher is giving her? Can she use her physical abilities to execute the plan? That preparation starts long before she steps on campus. The goal isn’t just to make her better today. It’s to prepare her to be ready for tomorrow.

This weekend we had our first official team practice! on Saturday, our instruction was led by 16u PGF National Championship coaching staff @UnityAttard !! It was a long 7hr day but we all left the field better than when we arrived! On Sunday, we started the morning having the teams metrics measured by the official @ODM_Testing at the Virginia UNITY Lab! After morning testing, we had another practice led by the man himself @UnityCoachJosh !!
