Clint Curtis — Shasta County Registrar of Voters seeking authentication of ballots he says warrant examination. Riverside County — specifically cited by Padilla and Schiff, where Sheriff Chad Bianco's seizure of election materials has already produced a major legal fight. Xavier Becerra — former California Attorney General whose signed 2018 election-security warning is at the center of my investigation—and who is now asking Californians to elect him governor in November.
