UPDATE: Investigators have identified Little Miss Panasoffkee, a Jane Doe found in Florida in 1971, as 21-year-old Maureen L. Minor Rowan, affectionately known as "Cookie." Detectives believe her estranged husband – Charles Emery Rowan Sr., who passed in 2015– may have been involved in her murder.
