When University of Utah administrators tried to slap two conservative students with bogus "doxxing" charges for posting a photo of a liberal student holding a "Happy Kirkiversary" cake at their booth, they thought they picked an easy target. They figured they could just bully these kids into expulsion over charges that weren't valid in any way. Well, once Erika Kirk caught wind of the story, she stepped up and provided student leaders @Rylieparis05 and @rileybeesley with top legal counsel. The second they lawyered up, the university completely dropped the case.

This week, the University of Utah is perpetuating perhaps the most grave injustice against conservative students I've ever seen. Rylie is the Vice President of College Republicans at @UUtah, and is currently being threatened with EXPULSION by the University because she perpetuated "threatening and endangering behavior" by taking a photo of Sara, a student involved with College Democrats, when Sara showed up to their table last week with a "Happy Kirkaversary" cake smeared in fake blood & waved it around in Rylie's face. Of course, *that* wasn't threatening behavior in any way, but Rylie taking a photo of the exchange completely legally is apparently grounds for EXPULSION. If you are an alumnus of the University of Utah, call the Alumni Department TODAY and demand the Administration honor Rylie's legal right to take a photo. And if you donate money in any way, shape, or form to U of U, STOP immediately. These people are not your ally. Praying for you and cheering you on, @Rylieparis05!

University of Utah alleged misconduct by two College Republicans after one of them posted a photo of a student who showed up to their event with a cake mocking the anniversary of Charlie Kirk's assassination. The words "Happy Kirkiversary" were written in red icing on the cake. The school's Student Rights and Responsibilities office accused the Republicans of "attempting to doxx another University of Utah student over a political issue" — then abruptly canceled the disciplinary meetings just before they were set to begin. 👇 Full story here:
