They are a for profit industry that are constructed next to low income communities poisoning them without their knowledge, the history of nuclear power in this country is one of malpractice and intentionally pushing environmental effects onto poor black people

poisoning them? this is just flat out false. this is 70s/80s anti nuclear propaganda talking points. this isn't how nuclear plants work and if you're referring to spent fuel, this is what it looks like and you could lick the side for days with no risk

Every single haz waste facility leaks toxic leachate that entered groundwater drinking supplies, this is generally at levels that are safe but we can change that

so you admit that even when it happens its not at dangerous levels because ALARA is bunk and the fear of nuclear radiation is largely overblown especially with spent fuel contained in caskets
