Weekly Watchlist : #ORCHIDPHARMA 👀 This one has been building nicely after a strong 126% move from the lows. 🚀 After that move, the stock entered a long consolidation and is now shaping up like a possible first base with just ~20% pullback. 📊 The recent earnings reaction gave a gap down, but what caught my attention was the lack of follow-through selling. 🔎 The gap was tested once, which led to some downside, but the stock has now come back to the same area and started contracting in both price and volume. 📉➡️📈 What I like here: • ⚡ Gap down post earnings, but limited selling pressure • 🎯 Gap area tested once • 🔄 Price has returned to the same zone • 📉 Price and volume are contracting • 👀 Structure is getting interesting near this level The main concern is liquidity. This is a relatively less-liquid stock, so position sizing and execution need to be considered carefully. ⚠️ I want to see further tightness and buying coming in before considering it for a low-risk setup.
