At #VELES, we are working on a pilot study on dementia in Cyprus. For many people living with dementia, communicating pain becomes increasingly difficult. This often means that pain is overlooked or undertreated, affecting their quality of life. #HealthData #EHDS

πŸŽ—οΈ Cancer remains one of Europe's greatest health challenges. The Greek pilot of the #VELES project is addressing this challenge by creating a FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data ecosystem for multimodal cancer data.

Between June 17-19, 2026, our Consortium Partner 3AE Health represented at BEYOND Expo 2026 in Athens, as part of their Cyprus Pavilion! This was a fantastic opportunity to showcase VELES and Alasia Health, their #EHDS-ready and interoperable Electronic Health Record platform.

Between June 3–5, 2026, the #VELES project was represented at the 39th IEEE International Symposium on Computer-Based Medical Systems (CBMS 2026) in πŸ“ Limassol, Cyprus. During the event, we presented a poster showcasing the VELES project and its four pilot studies.
