Im someone who dropped school at a very young age to become one of the best mids in the world and i was able to get chall at 14 years old till today every season on multiple accounts/ played and won against players who played in lck/lcs (1/2)

I genuinely think one of the main reasons LEC is more successful than LCS today (in terms of interest) is thanks to ERLs
The LCS has really struggled in viewership and renewed interest as DL & Bjergsen stagnated then retired. The new LCS orgs and players had no story or fanbase within league of legends
The LEC renewed its generation of stars and created new storylines thanks to an extremely large pool of tier 2 talents, it renewed its fanbase thanks to orgs that could develop in the ERLs, and it renewed, it gathered diverse audiences by targeting local markets with regional leagues
Don't let it die🙏
Every tier 2 team is just leaving the scene 😭
We literally let the best tier 2 system in the world die 🥲
