I got diagnosed with PTSD, but i at least had double confirmation that i don’t have BPD. they recommended me to have trauma focused therapy / EMDR. I have mixed feelings about all this but weirdly looking forward to it! 🧡

A few years ago I was diagnosed with OCPD, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. Just knowing what you have helps a lot. Good luck with your therapy!
