Vantive is a vital organ therapy company on a mission to extend lives and expand possibilities for patients and care teams globally.

September is Sepsis Awareness Month, a reminder that behind every statistic is a patient, a family, and a care team facing one of healthcare's most urgent challenges. At Vantive, supporting patients experiencing vital organ failure is central to our purpose. We are committed to advancing vital organ therapies and raising awareness of conditions like sepsis, where early recognition and timely action can make a meaningful difference. This #WorldSepsisDay, we proudly support the global effort to increase awareness, expand education, and inspire action when every second counts. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the mission that unites us at Vantive: extending lives and helping #ExpandPossibilities for the patients we serve. #SepsisAwarenessMonth #SAM15

We are honored to have received the Globe in Hand Award from The @linksinc at their National Assembly in Detroit, Michigan. This recognition reflects more than a partnership — it represents a shared commitment to increasing kidney health awareness and helping to expand access to information that can lead to better health outcomes. The need for this work is urgent. While Black Americans make up approximately 13% of the U.S. population, they account for about 35% of people living with kidney failure in the United States. For more than five years, we have had the privilege of working alongside The Links, whose nearly 80-year legacy of service, leadership, and impact continues to transform lives. Together, we've helped reach millions through education, engagement, and community-based outreach focused on addressing disparities in the kidney care journey. We are grateful for this recognition and excited about the continued partnership and work ahead. #TheLinks #KidneyHealth #HealthEquity #CommunityImpact #Partnership

Sepsis progresses quickly — and for ICU/critical care clinicians, every hour matters. For a subset of septic shock patients, elevated endotoxin levels can drive an uncontrolled immune response, increasing risk and limiting what today’s standard of care can manage. That’s why Vantive is focused on advancing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to support organ function and reimagine sepsis management. By working to help reduce the burden of sepsis, we’re striving to extend lives in critical care and ultimately, #ExpandPossibilities.

Modern kidney care depends on access to the right therapy at the right time. At the @ERAkidney Congress, new late-breaking data from the large, controlled MOTheR study shows 𝗛𝗗𝘅 therapy enabled by the 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮 dialyzer delivers outcomes comparable to online hemodiafiltration, which indicates it as a practical alternative within existing hemodialysis care settings. New evidence presented at the @ERAkidney Congress highlights the impact of starting dialysis at home. UK analyses show initiating with home-based peritoneal dialysis (PD) was associated with improved outcomes, lower costs, and a projected ~£200 million savings for the NHS over 5 years. In the ICU, decisions are made in moments — and in these moments, readiness is everything. At the AKI & CRRT 2026 Congress in San Diego, USA, Vantive contributed to the scientific exchange on the urgency and preparedness of care in critical settings. New studies shared span key areas — including the clinical and economic burden of septic shock, education priorities, training strategies, and nursing practice and gaps — reinforcing that readiness is not only a clinical imperative, but also a systems level one. Together, these insights underscore the importance of ongoing scientific exchange across all the variables in critical care. Explore key findings from these studies below. #AKICRRT2026 #VitalOrganTherapies

Kidney care doesn’t happen in isolation — new data recently presented at the World Congress of Nephrology (WCN) reinforce the impact of coordinated care across the patient’s journey. International real-world studies show the value of starting kidney care early, supporting coordinated care between primary-care doctors and nephrologists, and using remote patient management for those on home-based peritoneal dialysis. “These real-world data underscore a simple truth: by breaking down traditional barriers and building genuine collaboration, we can help expand the possibilities of kidney care across the patient’s healthcare journey.” Peter Rutherford, head of Worldwide Medical, Vantive Learn more about scientific exchange at #WCN2026: vntv.co/4lYo7xz #ExpandPossibilities #AccessKidneyCare #PeritonealDialysis

At #ISICEM2026 in Brussels, the world's leading critical care community came together — and Vantive was proud to be part of it.  We had the opportunity to engage in meaningful scientific exchange, strengthen connections with the ICU community, and demonstrate our dedication to advancing what's possible in critical care. Thank you to every clinician, collaborator, and colleague who engaged with our team. Events like ISICEM remind us why this work matters for ICU teams and the patients they serve every day. #WeAreVantive #CriticalCare #ExpandPossibilities

When the kidneys struggle, the ripple effects can be felt throughout the body. Acute kidney injury (AKI) can trigger a cascade of effects for the lungs, heart, and brain. As we observe #WorldKidneyDay all month long, we’re spotlighting the kidneys’ critical role in maintaining balance in the body and why effective AKI care matters. See how AKI can be linked to multi-organ dysfunction. #KidneyHealthForAll #ExpandPossibilities

In partnership with @SpectralMedical Inc., and building on the previously announced topline findings, we just announced the full, peer-reviewed results from the Tigris trial now published in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine. This Phase 3 follow-on study evaluated Polymyxin B Hemoadsorption (PMX) in a randomized clinical trial of adults treated for endotoxic septic shock (ESS). The study conclusions included lower mortality at 28 and 90 days in a highrisk population with endotoxic septic shock with analyses risk showing a high probability of benefit at each time point. Adverse events were similar between PMX and standard of care.1 We’re encouraged by the publication of these results and remain committed to supporting clinical research that helps advance vital organ therapy innovation. On #WorldKidneyDay, we’re reminded that behind every kidney diagnosis is a person — and a system that must work for them. In this article, our CEO Chris Toth reflects on why advancing kidney health requires more than innovation alone. It takes awareness, early detection, meaningful choice, and a shared commitment across the kidney care ecosystem to support people living with kidney disease. Read more from Chris' perspective: vntv.co/4sDI2nD At Vantive, our mission is grounded in a simple truth: extending lives and expanding possibilities means keeping patients at the center of every decision — today and every day. #KidneyHealthForAll #ExpandPossibilities #OurKidneysOurPlanet
