Not gonna sit around for weeks and be mad at a team that just went back to back. We’ve seen more WS wins the last 6 years than fans of other teams might see in an entire lifetime.
That being said, these Dodgers deserve to be booed off the field tonight for this NLCS performance.

The Dodgers whole shtick is winning the game on the margins. Smith refusing to challenge that 3-2 pitch to Turang with his ace on the mound begging for it, followed by Teoscar lollygagging in LF for the Bauers foul ball just can’t happen.

It’s pretty crazy how much better Will Smith actually is than Dalton Rushing. Not challenging these two pitches cost Ohtani two ER and the Dodgers the game.
Shohei wanted to challenge 2 pitches (last AB of the game vs Lowe) before giving up a 2 run double on a 3-0 count.

Makes sense. The only thing that really needs to be addressed is that last OF spot if they aren’t trading away from their current roster. I’m in the minority, but I think the bullpen is fine until the deadline.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts says he’s quite comfortable running it back with virtually the same roster: ‘There’s really no big splash that we feel that needs to be made.’

I totally understand if you don’t want Teo traded because of attachment, some big time swings and overall vibes, but I find it hard to believe that people wouldn’t understand why the FO would consider it. Probably equal amounts of pros and cons to trading and keeping him.

Really is hard to fathom how so many people continue to use the Baseball Trade Value website for mock trades. On top of them knowing nothing about how front offices actually value players, the way they torch the value of anyone making money makes it completely unrealistic.

Has any non-cheating MLB player disrespected the game of baseball more than Anthony Rendon? This was the most blatant “I got my money and now I’m done” situation of all time. Not an ounce of effort to be healthy or desire to win after he was paid.
