I’m sure she did this because of all the overwhelmingly glowing compliments she receives are embarrassing to her, and not because she gets any hate.

I am a big sports girly… I watch NBA, NFL, men’s college hoops, WNBA, tennis, golf, track a lil bit of everything tbh The only time I’ve been told that I had to like a player based on their race is from WNBA fans. Only time, I’ve been accused of being a coon is from new WNBA fans. The fact that as a black woman, it’s “implied” I have to hate Caitlin Clark & love A’ja Wilson & Angel Reese regardless of how I feel about their game; not them personally idk them but I have to love their game & teams. I can’t just respect them as players but I have to be a fan or I am a coon. In the NBA I don’t like several black & white players & foreign ones & it’s whatever but NEW WNBA fans really believe that they can control who we all support. Y’all don’t even give all these other great players in the league their credit and attack these same players; if they don’t fall in line when playing Reese or A’ja like their not competing against each other Does anyone understand how fucking crazy this is and NOT normal
