🚨 Bayonetta 3 is being recompiled for PC — with 60 FPS gameplay and 4K resolution support! 🦋🔥
🎮 PlatinumGames' 2022 Nintendo Switch action game is getting an unofficial native PC port through Witch Time!
And the developer has already achieved some impressive results!
✅ 60 FPS GAMEPLAY DEMONSTRATED!
✅ 1080P, 1440P & 4K RESOLUTION SCALING!
✅ WINDOWS & LINUX SUPPORT!
✅ CONTROLLER SUPPORT & CUSTOMISABLE PC GRAPHICS SETTINGS!
🔥 The developer reports 60 FPS gameplay in Tokyo and Shibuya, with 4K performance measured on an AMD RX 9070 XT!
🎮 Includes adjustable VSync, texture detail, anisotropic filtering, display modes and cutscene frame rates!
🖥️ There's even an in-game PC settings panel, accessible using F1 or L3 + R3!
🔧 TECH NOTE: Witch Time statically translates the original Nintendo Switch game's ARM64 code into C, using a custom runtime that replaces Switch system services and translates NVN graphics through Vulkan.
This is a genuine game-specific recompilation, not a conventional Switch emulator!
⚠️ WORK IN PROGRESS!
Full-game compatibility hasn't been verified. Occasional stuttering remains, and keyboard/mouse controls haven't yet been manually tested.
💿 Requires your own legally dumped Bayonetta 3 game files.
🛠️ By Zexyen, building on B2recomp and ssbu-recomp.
