This is really a bad look for Vivziepop and Spindlehorse. They've been making so much money for selling merch and monetization and yet they paid them $10/ an hour? $10/ AN HOUR!!! This gotta be illegal.
I was paid around $10/hr for that episode of Striker. One of the biggest issues was due to a hidden software update that was erasing my work every hour and I had to redo everything for the first month or so until I found the issue.

One thing Spindle was doing that caused issue was treating us like independent contractors. The problem is we had no control over the rate, the schedule, deadlines.
This causes issues with taxes. It is a regular scheme to save costs on payroll and avoid taxes.
