I joined NFT Twitter thinking whitelist spots were handed out randomly.
Not because I didn't know what NFTs were.
But my first experience in the space was surprisingly simple.
I got a notification telling me to submit my solana wallet address to a Telegram bot which I did and a few weeks later, another message came in;
"Go mint this NFT on Solana."
No grinding,
No community involvement,
No application forms,
No networking,
Just submit a wallet and wait.
At that point, it felt like opportunities in NFTs appeared out of thin air.
But the deeper I got into the space, the more I realized that wasn't the full story.
The same people kept getting recognized.
The same names kept popping up across communities.
The same builders kept finding themselves in the right rooms.
It wasn't random.
It was consistency.
What looked like luck from the outside was often the result of weeks, sometimes months of showing up when nobody was paying attention.
That's one of the biggest lessons NFT Twitter has taught me;
Luck might get your foot in the door but consistency is what keeps it open.
Still here learning, grinding, and showing up.
How did you get introduced to NFTs ?
