Over her last 6 comptns up 2 today's worlds, Nirupama's overall lift success is 41.66%.(15/36 lifts). Remove her performance frm this yrs natls & % drops to 33.33. This vulnerability affected her in 2 imp tournaments. 25 Worlds/26 CWG..No totals as she bombed all 3 clean & jerks.
With a performance of 91kg in the Snatch and 120kg in the Clean & Jerk, Nirupama Devi officially ranked 5th across Groups C and D combined with her 211kg total. She ended up 1 place behind her junior teammate Usha. She had just 2/6 successful lifts. #weightlifting
