From a recently released FBI document (an FD-302 form dated 2020, but only now fully declassified):

> Warden wanted the video, but the system had already been wiped.
This is not a "new conspiracy," but rather a confirmation of an old one: the cameras were not working, and the footage was lost due to equipment failure not intentional destruction.

Following the release of such documents (regarding the cameras, the lack of recordings, and the replacement of drives), pressure on the DOJ is mounting. If new evidence of intentional destruction emerges, the probability of a "Yes" outcome could easily jump to 40–50%.
