Malik Nabers is just over a year removed from his ACL reconstruction surgery.
He still doesn’t trust his knee.
This applies to every ACL tear.

Nabers still hesitates on certain moves as he rebuilds trust in his knee
Malik Nabers: “Some things that you have to just do that your mind is like, ‘I don't know about this’; you're restricting until you just actually do it. You're like, ‘Okay, I don't feel so bad doing that.’ So I think just putting myself in some of those placements on the field would give me better confidence when I'm out there wanting to do certain moves, but my mind is like, ‘Ah, not yet,’ and just trusting myself to do it.”
