I will say I’ve been watching a lot of Court TV this week — something I’ve never done before and don’t plan to do again — and the bias is just ludicrous. They make CNN look objective by comparison. Every analyst and commentator they bring on is clearly in favor of the defense. They fawn over Clancy’s lawyer to an uncomfortable degree. They talk about Clancy like she’s the victim of the crime. You always think of the news media and political media as the places where the bias is most pronounced. But then you take a peak over at some of these other genres and somehow it’s even worse.
