I was literally telling everyone to go with ACG when other firms were doing dodgy things because I genuinely trusted these guys. Even when i first started trading i must have spent over £30k with them… After 3 payouts, a risk interview and being in the 1% risk group, this is how it ends - terminated over an alleged CID/device issue that I genuinely don’t understand. I’ve only ever accessed my ACG MT5 from my own iPhone and have never managed or traded anyone else’s account. I’ve asked them to show me exactly what these 9 CIDs represent and what evidence links me personally to the other accounts. Honestly, they’ve done me dirty. I guess it’s back to FTMO for me. 🫠 I’ll keep you guys updated on this situation as it develops. I also know a few people who’ve had similar situations happen to them - genuinely quiet traders who have made £60k+ from ACG and have then been banned despite saying they’ve done nothing wrong. They’ve apparently been told their cases are closed, which honestly doesn’t sit right with me. It does make you question whether smaller, quieter traders get treated differently from traders with a much bigger public profile. I’m not saying that’s definitely what’s happening, but when you see things like this happening, it’s hard not to question it. And just to make one thing crystal clear: I am NOT stupid enough to trade someone else’s account, manage accounts or do any bullshit like that. I’ve been involved in trading for around 5 years. After everything I’ve put into this(6 figures), I’d have to be an absolute idiot to risk everything by doing something so stupid. I’m going to keep pushing this because I genuinely believe there has to be an explanation for what’s happened. I won’t stop just because I’m a smaller trader. If you told me last week that ACG would do something like this to me, I would have bet my entire life savings saying they wouldn’t. I’ve always said Alpha Futures were great and ACG CFD was great - until now. What can you do, life goes on eh.
