Judging just by user reviews and vibes on Twitter, there's been a TON of great games this past week or two: Gori, Crypt Custodian, Sumerian Six, Arco, The Crimson Diamond, Bakeru, Akimbot, 9-Bit Armies, Bloodless... But only a couple (good on Tactical Breach Wizards) are selling.

This is sad. Beacon is one of those actually great (and great looking) roguelikes that never found its audience. It would have been a mega-hit back in 2014/15, but roguelike fans had probably moved on from twin stick shooters by 2021.
$4 is a steal if you want a steam copy.

It's really hard to justify paying full price for a game where the studio that made it functionally no longer exists.
Which sucks, because the Mana series is top-tier and this will probably hurt our chances of getting more without waiting 15+ years again.
The industry has hit a new low. The developers for Visions of Mana might apparently have their studio shutdown when the game they made literally just released today (or yesterday depending on timezones). This should be their time of celebration. Thats literally so shitty.
