I guess that's sort of true in a literal sense…? Just feels weird to say the boys executed the game plan and simultaneously downplay tactics as a concept.
#RSL gave Pablo Mastroeni the response he wanted in Seattle.
It didn’t change the result, as ONCE AGAIN, difference makers made the difference.
Former RSL men Danny Musovski and Albert Rusnák pushed the winless streak to 13.

I’ve been up and down on Pablo for a long time. I do not think that he’s a championship-winning coach, but would be happy to be proven wrong. But that said, this is an extremely poorly constructed roster. Bad contracts, bad signings, bad coordination with the coach. Nightmare.

This is the culmination of cheaping out on players, only promoting internally, and rewarding mediocrity time and time again. A bunch of people running the show who have failed upward or laterally over and over.
I’m tired of being told this team is trying to win trophies.

At some point, you have to do something to tell the fans that it’s not good enough. We are ***the worst team in the league*** right now. I don’t know what you have to do, but keeping the status quo isn’t acceptable. People need to be held responsible for this absolute disaster.

Sergi solans absolutely makes a mess of a fantastic 1v1 and then on the other side Danny Musovski the former #RSL man shows the difference and puts it in the back of the net. Not sure what that close out was from Kobi, but here we are.

The frustrating thing for me isn’t that they sold Zavier Gozo (it was inevitable), but that they seemed totally unprepared to replace him, as if it were a surprise that he’d be sold. A team that strives to be a develop and sell club also needs to be good at buying. We aren’t.

How did they look at the roster and the results of this season after the first month and say ...... yeah we should fuck with this roster ......

I’ve been thinking a lot about this tweet and sentiment which I think is extremely fair. And I’ve been trying to formulate my thoughts into something coherent.
I know it’s “just soccer” or whatever, but this shit does matter and it does mean more. It’s community to a lot of us.
This team is currently a soul sucking experience as a fan. Over 4 months since a win. Every week we put effort into being fans and the club has failed to put a product on the field deserving of that effort. Make 100 excuses I DONT CARE. I don’t want to watch anymore

This is a reminder for me too because I’m an emotional person. I was livid after the NYCFC game and it got to me more than I would’ve liked. But I forced myself into showing up again yesterday and I had a great night with great people in a place that matters deeply to me.
