Located offshore in OMLs 112 and 117, the project will produce 300 million scf/day to supply Nigeria LNG's Train 7 expansion. Enabled by 2024 Presidential Directives, Ima is the fourth major gas project to reach FID under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This is shame for someone who always advocates for competency. I have known right from the very beginning, it wasn’t about competency, it was about manufacturing a political hole to hide in. You cannot credibly preach competency while simultaneously aligning with Isah Ashiru Kudan. The two trajectories are fundamentally incongruent.
