As the hackathon progressed, it became clear that not all strong ideas translated into eligible submissions.
Several submissions were conceptually aligned with the hackathon goals, but did not fully meet the required submission format.
Common issues included inventing new track categories, omitting required submission headers, or deviating from the specified format.
Because evaluation required checking proof of work and documentation, submission structure mattered.

Finally I fixed this…
Until now H1DR4 website would never show up or get indexed by any LLM, finally it pops up as the first result.
Main trick was reducing the bounce rate and creating for each page a .md option for llms to read

Just used @BlockRunAI for the first time, was testing Hermes agent through an ephemeral headless server (h3retik cloud), not only it works perfectly, but it’s no setup, just send funds and get inference.
As long as an agent has a wallet it can create other agent instances with no human intervention

By working at H1DR4 it’s becoming very evident that crime records worldwide are a mess
by automating the ingestion layer we allow any agent to consume this data for free.
We are currently at 540k+ crimes indexed since the start of May, covering major US hotspots and the UK.
