I made a post about $YAP a some hours ago, and this is exactly the part that caught my attention. Creator fees shouldn’t just reward the biggest name attached to a token. They should also recognize the people creating content, bringing attention, building communities and actually putting in the work. YAP is turning that idea into an actual model. If you’re a creator who believes your contribution should have a direct connection to the ecosystem you’re helping grow, this is definitely something worth watching.

Most token launches have the same problem: The project launches, then starts looking for people to promote it. YAP takes a different approach. YAP turns token promotion into a creator reward system built around Pump.fun tokens. Projects can launch tokens through YAP, while creators and holders can join the token’s leaderboard, connect their X account and start creating content around it. YAP tracks your posts and engagement, then scores creators based on factors like reach, engagement, consistency and token holdings. That score determines your share of the creator-fee reward pool. YAP takes 10% of the creator fees, while the remaining amount is distributed among active yappers based on their scores. There are also mechanisms designed to reduce spam, duplicate content and artificial engagement. So the model is simple: Launch a token → create content → generate engagement → earn from the activity around the token. YAP is essentially building a performance-based creator economy around token launches.
