'Life Onchain' Journal ~ Vol. 3 $JUMP is coming And this one feels different for me I’ve been using @jumperapp since April 2024 and it has slowly become one of those products I barely think about anymore I just use it whenever I need to move around onchain My stats so far ⤵︎ ⊳ 3,657 transfers ⊳ $334K+ exchanged ⊳ 3,198 XP ⊳ Level 23 ⊳ Rank #1,119 Meanwhile, Jumper has now processed $38.1B+ in total volume Almost $26B through bridges and $12.2B through swaps Then came the token sale... $48.6M committed by 9,690 participants for a $2M target $3M cap hit in 18 minutes Pretty insane demand I don’t know what $JUMP will bring, but after 3,657 transfers, I know one thing... I’ll still be using Jumper either way
‘Life Onchain’ Journal ~ Vol. 2 Yesterday I started a new DCA position with $100 in xSOL on @hylo_so The reason is simple... I have long-term conviction in $SOL and want a small part of my exposure to have more upside through leverage But leveraged exposure works both ways, so I’m keeping this one intentionally small My plan from here ⤵︎ ⊳ ~$100 initial position ⊳ ~$50/ $100 weekly adds ⊳ Check SOL structure + xSOL leverage/ protocol health before every add ⊳ Skip a week if the setup doesn’t make sense This isn’t an airdrop play for me If the Hylo activity/ XP leads to something later, that’s a bonus. The position still needs to make sense without it Not every DCA needs to be blind and automatic I’d rather keep building the position while the thesis remains intact

Good Morning Through Ethos ~ Vol. 9 ☕ Today's review goes to @sai0xgen Still incredibly young, but already understands something a lot of people on ct miss... There's a big difference between farming engagement and actually building relationships Ambitious, self aware and careful about what he puts his name behind Definitely someone I'm curious to watch grow over the next few years With that said, I hope you have a nice day !
Good Morning Through Ethos ~ Vol. 8 ☕ Today's review goes to @Rakermoon A genuine collector in every sense of the word Pokémon never feels like another narrative he jumped into for engagement He genuinely loves the hobby, shares it with his family and has built his own recognizable style around it Always enjoy seeing what he's ripping or collecting next With that said, I hope you have a nice day !

3 free packs on @nettyworthapp so far And somehow I’ve already pulled $20 in pack credits from them I’ve actually started enjoying this little daily routine Open the free pack, see what it gives me and move on with my day Sometimes it’s $5 Sometimes it’s $10 Either way, pretty hard to complain when the entry price is literally zero
A free pack. Every day. Rip it to score store credit to use on NettyWorth. Free credits expire when tomorrow's free pack drops - use 'em or lose 'em!

Underrated Picks Vol. 26 Litten IR #167 from Temporal Forces A bookshelf full of books and somehow Litten has claimed the best spot in the room Simple, cozy and exactly the kind of artwork that makes illustration rares so fun to collect Definitely one I overlooked for way too long ! Would you add this one to the binder ?
Underrated Picks Vol. 25 Some illustration rares make you stop and wonder what’s actually going on Sandygast IR #214 from Paldea Evolved is one of them, if you ask me Sitting alone in an empty playground as the sun goes down Did Sandygast show up after everyone left ? Or did everyone leave because Sandygast showed up ? The card never tells you And that’s exactly why it earned a spot in this series What story do you see here ?

I’ve been quietly running a little Pokémon experiment on @mnstr for the last 7 weeks One $50 starter pack every week No increasing the size after a bad pull No chasing after a good one Just $50 every week while I try to build the vault to $2,000 So I figured I might as well start documenting the journey 'Road to a $2K Vault Vol. 1' 7 weeks in ⤵︎ ⊳ $350 spent ⊳ 7 graded cards ⊳ $418 current vault value ⊳ +$68 above my total spend based on current fmv Today’s pack added another pretty cool piece to the vault... 2000 Danone Pokémon Stadium Tip Voltorb #14 - PSA 8 ( fmv ➟ $42 ) Definitely not the biggest hit in the vault, but I actually like that this challenge isn’t dependent on hitting one massive card The plan is simple... one $50 starter pack every week and slowly build the vault towards that $2,000 goal $418 / $2,000 so far Vol. 1 starts here...

Underrated Picks Vol. 24 I think some of the best illustration rares are the ones that make you stop because the artwork looks nothing like you expected Frigibax IR #208 from Paldea Evolved is definitely one of those for me You’ve got Frigibax diving into this tiny flowing stream, but it’s the water that really makes the card The rainbow like reflections stretch across almost the entire artwork and turn what could have been a simple outdoor scene into something completely different I also like how Tomokazu Komiya still keeps Frigibax relatively small in the composition The landscape and all those strange colors get just as much attention as the Pokémon itself It’s exactly the kind of illustration rare I enjoy finding while going back through older sets Not necessarily because it’s one of the biggest chase cards, but because the artwork gives a Pokémon I normally wouldn’t pay much attention to a card I actually want in the binder What do you think of this one ?

Well, I definitely didn’t expect to be writing this today $JUMP is actually happening I’ve used @jumperapp almost daily for a long time and I’ve always said I didn’t really expect them to launch a token Not because the community was being ignored Quite the opposite Jumper has consistently found ways to give something back through levels, perks, campaigns and rewards without needing a token attached to everything That’s one of the reasons I’ve kept using it So seeing $JUMP become real definitely caught me off guard I’m not going to pretend I suddenly know what this means for users or whether years of activity will matter I’m just genuinely curious to see what they build around it Because if there’s one thing Jumper has consistently done, it’s deliver for its users Now let’s see what $JUMP adds to that
The ticker is $JUMP The super-app for onchain finance.

I’ve been quietly building this WHYPE/USDM LP with a simple $30 weekly DCA The reason I keep adding to it is that one position gives me exposure to several things I’m bullish on I get exposure to $HYPE through WHYPE, while USDM keeps part of the position in stables At the same time, this pool currently carries a 15x @monetrix_xyz points multiplier, which gives me exposure to another ecosystem I’m bullish on And because I’m providing liquidity through @HybraFinance, I’m earning $HYBR emissions for the liquidity I provide Nothing complicated Just $30 every week into a position where several of my convictions overlap
My DLMM Journey ~ Vol. 3 This STONK/USDC DLMM position is starting to become one of my favorite LP plays I opened this position on @MeteoraAG 10 days ago and so far it has done exactly what I wanted it to do Around $211 in active liquidity +$48 PnL $33 in claimable fees And another $65 already claimed But the part I like most isn't actually the PnL My conviction in $STONK has only grown while holding this position The latest on-chain dashboard data I could verify showed roughly $13M in platform revenue, $7.7M used for buybacks and burns and around 15% of the total $STONK supply burned That is the part that keeps me interested The price has moved hard, but there is also actual activity underneath it generating revenue and continuously taking supply out of circulation For now I'm not touching the position The range is still active, fees keep coming in and the thesis hasn't changed

Small wins add up Last weekend this position was sitting at +246.29% at the top Before going to sleep I decided to cash it out, and looking at the chart the morning after, that turned out to be the right call I started this little experiment with roughly $50 to see how far I could take it No rushing, no forcing trades just because I have capital sitting there Some weeks I’ll trade a few coins, other weeks maybe none at all I’d rather wait for something I actually like than turn this into gambling ( which is actually 99% of @fomo ) Another $10.86 added to the stack with $HOLT $50 ➟ $81.16 so far Let’s see how far I can take it ✎ Between this trade and the previous one I shared, I incurred a few small losses
Pretty good way to start a Sunday morning Caught a nice move on $BLAST earlier today after @Joepcxc shared the trade in @thebasementxyz I entered with just $19 around a $124.4K market cap and managed to sell around $665.8K ⊳ +$80.09 ⊳ +430.02% Small position, but I’ll happily take it before most people have finished their Sunday morning coffee Always nice when being in the right group puts something on your radar early enough to actually act on it

I’m running another STONK/USDC DLMM position on @MeteoraAG The previous one gave me a good reason to come back $STONK moved below my range and the position was sitting at a pretty uncomfortable loss for a while I didn’t rebalance or change the setup I simply let the position play out STONK eventually moved back into my range, the position started converting again and the fees kept accumulating So I’m running it back with another ~$200 ⤵︎ ⊳ STONK/ USDC ⊳ Spot strategy ⊳ ~$0.304 entry ⊳ $0.217–$0.393 range ⊳ 31 bins ⊳ 1% base fee STONK has already moved significantly, so I’m not treating ~$0.30 as some perfect spot entry What interests me is the combination of volatility, trading activity and the fees that can come with it I’ve kept the position small again and given it enough room on both sides to let the setup actually play out Curious to see how this one develops compared to the previous round

Good morning legends ☕ , It’s a new week, so it’s time for another fresh start to tackle the week ahead I let my activities get a little out of hand this weekend, so I need to get back on track How are you going to make the most of this new week ? Other than that, I wish everyone a great new week !
One feature in the on-chain collecting world still feels strange every time I say it out loud You can borrow money against a Pokémon card But the more I think about it, the less crazy the idea itself becomes Imagine owning a $5,000 card you genuinely do not want to sell You need liquidity for a short period Traditionally your options are pretty limited Sell the card and potentially regret it later Or leave the value completely untouched Platforms like @nettyworthapp are experimenting with a third option... Borrowing against the collectible while it remains in escrow Their current structure can lend up to roughly 50% of an eligible item's value with short 7, 15 or 30 day terms But this is definitely not free money There is interest, a 2% origination fee, and if the loan is not repaid you can lose ownership of the collectible That last part matters more than the flashy 'unlock liquidity' headline I like the idea of collectibles becoming more useful assets I would just treat borrowing against a grail exactly like any other collateralized loan Understand the downside first Then decide whether keeping the card is worth the cost Would you ever borrow against a card instead of selling it ?

Underrated Picks Vol. 22 Some Illustration Rares make me appreciate Pokémon I would normally never think about collecting Bramblin IR #198 from Paldea Evolved is one of those cards Bramblin itself was never exactly high on my list, but the artwork completely changes how I look at the card The huge empty desert, the dust in the background and Bramblin rolling through the middle make the Pokémon feel like a small part of a much bigger scene And that is probably what I like most about it You can still find the raw card around the $10 mark, which feels pretty accessible for an artwork this distinctive I’m not expecting every underrated pick to become an expensive card For me this series is just as much about finding artwork I think deserves more attention than it currently gets Would Bramblin ever make your binder purely because of the artwork ?

Battle of the Packs Vol. 3 This time I opened a Pitch Black ETB with a current market value of $67.65 against a $50 Core Pack on @nettyworthapp And honestly, neither side completely ran away with it The ETB gave me... ⊳ Tremendous Bomb ⊳ Gladion’s Final Battle ⊳ Dhelmise ⊳ Silvally While the $50 Core Pack gave me a Clawitzer Illustration Rare PSA 10 with a market value of $50 So purely based on the numbers, NettyWorth returned exactly what I put in But this series was never meant to be just about ROI There’s still something about physically opening an ETB, going through every pack and actually holding the cards afterwards that on-chain ripping has to compete with Three volumes in and I’m enjoying experimenting with both sides more than I expected ! But for Vol. 4, I think it’s time to change things up… I’m challenging @boeroeweb3 to a Battle of the Packs Same budget Highest total pull value wins You in bro ?

Bitcoin keeps giving me reasons to watch $75K The Fed hiked 25bps, BTC ETFs have seen almost $750M in net outflows over the last two days and macro is still far from comfortable Yet BTC is still sitting around $76K That’s what interests me $75K holds ➟ I stay patient $78K reclaim ➟ first sign of strength $80K reclaim ➟ things get interesting again Until then I’m not forcing anything Sometimes holding support tells you more than a green candle does
Bitcoin is sitting around $77K and this is one of those weeks where I’m watching the reaction more than trying to predict the outcome There’s quite a lot I’m keeping an eye on at the same time ⤵︎ ⊳ $75K holding as the main downside level ⊳ $80K being reclaimed before I get more constructive ⊳ the Fed decision tomorrow ⊳ today’s CLARITY Act vote ⊳ US 10Y yields above 5% ⊳ oil above $100 and the stronger dollar None of that is particularly friendly for risk assets, yet $BTC is still holding up relatively well For now I’m keeping some cash available and staying patient Hold $75K through all of this and reclaim $80K, and I’ll become a lot more interested in adding risk again Lose $75K convincingly and I’m doing the opposite

A few years ago, the idea of buying a Pokémon card and intentionally never having it shipped to your house would have sounded ridiculous to me Now I understand why the market is moving that way If a graded card stays inside a professional vault, it can change owners without being shipped, insured and authenticated again every single time That makes trading dramatically faster And it removes a surprising amount of friction from collecting expensive cards, if you ask me @nettyworthapp uses third party vault providers for physical cards and gives owners the option to keep an item vaulted or request delivery That model is becoming increasingly common across the broader tcg gacha market But I still think there is a trade off that gets ignored Efficiency is great Yet part of collecting is also seeing the card on your shelf, putting it into your collection and actually owning something physical in the most literal sense For me, vaulting works best when it remains a choice rather than becoming the entire experience Use the digital layer when you want liquidity Ship the card when it becomes something you genuinely want to keep That combination makes much more sense to me than choosing only one side Would you keep a grail vaulted if it made trading easier, or would you want it shipped home immediately ?

It’s finally here... 30th Celebration officially releases worldwide today And I can’t remember the last time I was this curious to see how a Pokémon set plays out after release day It’s the first Pokémon TCG set to launch simultaneously worldwide, every booster has one of 30 different Pikachu cards, the entire set is foil and we’re getting classic cards back through the Classic Collection There’s basically something in here for every type of collector I collect both sealed and singles, so I already know this set is going to be dangerous for me hahah There are cards I want to chase, products I want to keep sealed and probably a few things I’ll deliberately wait on once the 'release day hype' starts settling down That’s probably the part I’m most interested in now Not what gets the most attention today, but what people will still want from 30th Celebration a few years from now What are you doing with the set ? Ripping, collecting singles, keeping sealed or a bit of everything ?

Battle of the Packs Vol. 4 This one was about as one sided as it gets For the physical side I opened a Poké Ball Tin with three packs ⤵︎ ⊳ Journey Together ⊳ Mega Evolution ⊳ Obsidian Flames Three packs later... Absolutely nothing Not even a pull worth pretending was a win Then I opened another $50 core pack on @nettyworthapp And somehow pulled the exact opposite A Greninja ex #132 PSA 9 with a current FMV of $99.99 So this round ended with the physical side giving me nothing while one core pack returned almost 2x what I put in Safe to say on-chain ripping absolutely smoked me this time ▪︎ Physical: -$29.30 ▪︎ NettyWorth: +$49.99 ▪︎ Total : +$20.69 4 battles in and I still love how different every round ends up playing out Onto the next one...

I think the biggest problem every tcg gacha platform has to solve is actually pretty simple Why should I trust the pack ? Mystery products already have a reputation problem in traditional collecting Fake pull rates, unclear inventory and the feeling that the house always knows something you do not Put that experience online and trust becomes even more important For me, a good looking animation means almost nothing if I cannot understand the odds behind it This is one part of @nettyworthapp I have been paying attention to while testing the platform Each pack shows its odds and NettyWorth says the random selection uses a provably fair system that cannot be changed after the fact Third party sites are now also tracking public pull feeds across these platforms, which makes it possible to compare the published numbers with what actually comes out over time That combination is where I think this market eventually has to go Published odds Verifiable outcomes And enough public data for collectors to call bullsh*t if the two stop matching The platforms that make transparency boring and normal will probably earn more trust than the ones with the craziest jackpot graphic Would visible odds make you more comfortable using a mystery pack platform, or do you avoid the format regardless ?
The most underrated number on a TCG gacha platform might be the buyback The more digital ripping platforms I test, the less impressed I am by a giant jackpot sitting at the top of the page There is another number I care about much more now What happens when I do not want the card I pulled ? That is where the buyback becomes interesting A $500 grail is great when you hit it But most openings are obviously not going to be the grail So the real user experience is also determined by how much value you lose when you decide to exit an average pull @nettyworthapp currently advertises buybacks of up to 95%, with the exact rate depending on the pack and item That does not remove the risk of ripping But it changes the economics of the experience because there is an immediate exit instead of needing to find a buyer yourself For me, that is becoming one of the first things I compare across these platforms Not just... 'How big can I win ?' But... 'How expensive is it to change my mind ?' I think that second question tells you much more about whether a marketplace was designed around collectors or purely around the next rip Would you rather have slightly worse grail odds with a stronger buyback, or better upside with a much worse exit ?

Bitcoin is heading into one of those weeks where everyone suddenly has a prediction I’m trying to do the opposite $BTC has fought its way back into the high $70k range, while the market now has two completely different catalysts in front of it ⤵︎ ⊳ the fed ⊳ the clarity act vote One can tighten financial conditions The other could give crypto something it has wanted for years... More regulatory clarity For me, the interesting part isn’t trying to predict the first candle after either event It’s seeing how BTC reacts when the uncertainty finally becomes reality If bad news gets absorbed and $80k starts getting reclaimed, that tells me much more than another timeline prediction ever could
