Patient and visitor parking on site will no longer be available, except for blue badge holders and specific national exemption groups, including parents of children staying overnight and some frequent outpatient attenders. Drop off and pick up will still be available for up to 20 minutes. We are making this change because we are losing around 40 percent of our parking spaces due to redevelopment on land next to the hospital. We are not able to replace these spaces locally. We understand this will be disappointing for some people. Full details about who can still park and how to arrange this are available on our website.

Our AGM is coming up and everyone is welcome! The meeting will take place in person on Friday 25 September from 11:30am to 12:30pm. It will be in rooms A1 and A2 of our Education Centre, which is on our main hospital site, a few steps up the hill from our main hospital buildings

We know how important it is that those waiting for planned care receive it as quickly and safely as possible. That is why over the past 2 months our staff have been sprinting to see more than 5,500 additional patients in the evenings and at weekends.
