I pre-ordered the ORB and made the payment via Stripe on 6 March 2025.
Your team later confirmed that my refund of ₹9,052.15 was processed on 14 June 2026 and provided the RRN and STAN. However, I have still not received the refund.

I made a payment via Stripe on 6 March 2025. After my refund was approved, I was informed that ₹9,052.15 was refunded on 14 June 2026 and was given an RRN and STAN as proof.
I contacted SBI (Visa) multiple times. Their response:

I’m now stuck between the merchant saying the refund was processed and the bank saying it was never received.
I’m requesting @tfh_technology to investigate this with Stripe and either locate the refund or reissue it.

No, they don’t help us. They just say. Verify your ID again with ORB. But guess what in our area there are no orbs.
