Yesterday, the High Court ruled that the Solicitors Regulation Authority does not have the power to see material subject to legal professional privilege. Read this story. Its unbelievable. The UK's last resort nuclear deterrent plan relies entirely on a single (yes just one) balloon carrying a transmitter to send final retaliatory instructions to our Trident submarines. The balloon just crashed and disintegrated over Yorkshire. The MoD won't say if was Russian sabotage.
