I have an issue with both. One reason we’re $40T in debt and massively underfunded in social security is that our politicians keep trying to bribe us with our own money as they keep a much for themselves and their cronies. Trump 2.0 is, sadly, turning out just as bad. Endless wars, massive debt, and a loss of civil liberties. As Seg would say: “not good.”
