🚨THROWBACK THURSDAY🚨
Last session, @RepTyWinter sponsored HB26‑1340, which sets a simple rule for the Arkansas River basin: if irrigation water is permanently taken off farm ground and used for something else, the owner must reclaim that land by re‑planting it or switching to dryland farming so it doesn’t turn into bare, eroding fields and weed patches that hurt neighboring communities.
HB26-1340 became law and went into effect last month!

Had the best kind of Colorado weekend 🇺🇸 the kind that reminds you why this work matters! Started in Pueblo at the rally, then headed to Walsenburg for the Mountain Mining Days Parade, and wrapped it in La Junta watching my daughter play volleyball. From the energy in the crowd to the pride on those streets to the grit on the court , HD47 has the best people! Grateful to represent you. #TyHD47
