Agreed. Comparing kratom to “Vicodin in chocolate bars” isn’t education it’s sensationalism designed to frighten people. A doctor with a national platform should distinguish traditional natural leaf from concentrated or adulterated products and wait for toxicology results before making reckless comparisons. Dr. Drew sacrificed accuracy for a sound bite, and people are justified in refusing to support him over it.

There is a difference between taking public safety seriously and exploiting a tragedy before the facts are known.... Shame on every news outlet or politician involved with using this to their advantage especially at this point when almost no concrete evidence is known!
