I started
@X2CDotFun a year ago as a solo dev with $300 in savings.
Today, we’re a team of 9.
In the last year, we’ve:
→ Shipped 10+ games
→ Reached 60K+ players
→ Built games played by 5K+ AI agents
→ Generated $60K in revenue
→ Brought our idea to launch cycle down to under 30 days
We started with small 2D arcade games.
Today, we’re shipping polished 3D multiplayer games.
The year in between was mostly experimentation: different genres, mechanics, art styles, platforms, audiences, and business models.
A lot of experiments failed. But each taught us something, making the next game faster and better.
The goal was never just to build one successful game.
It was to build a team that could repeatedly take an idea, turn it into a game people actually want to play, learn from it, and do it all over again.
A year later, I think we’ve built the foundation for that machine.
Here’s the X2C showreel of what we've built in the last year!
