Our three degree hierarchy approach continues to show why the Elliott Wave Theory works in our favor. Our minor wave 3/4 (in white) and intermediate wave (3)/(4) have all played out without needing to focus too much on the shorter timeframes 🥷🔥
Pullbacks are not only vital, but very healthy for the beginning/resumption of bull markets. We’ll take this day by day and see whether support develops at higher levels for an earlier continuation.
But for now, as long as the pullback remains controlled, it’s simply helping release some of the tension created by overbought conditions on the lower timeframes.
This is only one part of the larger picture. #Bitcoin has already reached many of our major higher timeframe upside targets.
What matters now is where the next opportunities may start appearing:
Altcoins.
Look at how the market has behaved over the past few days as #Bitcoin has started slowing down on the micro timeframes. We’ve already seen a number of altcoins make strong moves during Bitcoin’s short term price action.
That is EXACTLY the type of behavior we want to see as confidence begins rotating into the altcoin market and should answer the question: "but if Bitcoin pullbacks, shouldn't altcoins pullback...?"
Yes, they will on the USD value, but their Satoshi value counterparts show the real story. With each move to the upside, altcoins are that much more sensitive to stronger runs.
