Been running Ox-Alpha on a task for more than 12 hours so far that every bioinformatician told me can't be done efficiently. We'll see, we'll see.

Just installed DeepSeek4 flash 0731 on a dual RTX6000 Blackwell system. Had to jump through a couple hoops, but ended up with 170 token gen/a. Hooked up open code and go.

No matter what I try and how much I'm trimming references, Fable 5 refuses to work on any of my bioinformatics, signal analysis, and data processing problems. Sucks.
