Looking to bring some new games into @XLR8System!
Valorant isn’t going anywhere, but I want to start finding players from other communities who fit what we’re trying to build.
CS2, Apex, COD, R6, Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, or whatever else you’re nasty at.
I’m mainly looking for people who hit good clips consistently and actually care about the quality of what they send.
Clutches, squad wipes, clean shots, crazy movement, outplays, anything that makes for good content.
You don’t have to be a full-time creator either. Just be active, easy to work with, and actually want to contribute.
We pay for professional edits, player episodes, montages, team projects, and bigger cinematic stuff when we have the footage for it.
XLR8 is content first. I just want more talented players giving our editors some crazy stuff to work with.

Main thing I’m looking for is consistency and quality. Players who can regularly produce clips that are actually worth building content around.
Aces, clutches, clean multi-kills, nasty aim, and standout moments.
You don’t need to be a full-time creator, but you do need to care about what you’re putting out.
We invest in professional edits, player episodes, teamtages, and bigger projects when we have the footage to justify it.
What matters to me:
• High-quality clips consistently
• Strong mechanics/gameplay
• Reliable and active
• Easy to work with
• No ego or unnecessary drama
• Actually wants to contribute instead of just having XLR8 in their bio
