i've been thinking about this a lot lately. it's been over 9 months, and i've made four figures this year. i've had good wins and good trades that worked out, and moments i was genuinely proud of. i barely post any of them and i've realized i'm actually not comfortable with constantly putting my results online. there's this idea here that web3 is result oriented in that you have to show the wins, post the pnl, post the screenshot. show the entry, show the exit, show everyone that you're actually making money. i understand why people do it. results get attention yes but i don't think not posting mine means i'm not making progress. some people build their reputation by showing the scoreboard. others build it by consistently being useful, having good takes, being present, and letting their work speak over time. i'd rather be the second one. i don't need every win to become content just to prove that i'm winning. maybe that slows down how quickly people notice me or maybe it doesn't. either way, i'm becoming more comfortable with the idea that not everything i've achieved needs to be public for it to count.
