I didn't get a chance to cover nearly as many things as I have in other years, but here's a compilation of some of what I covered in 2025.

Court ended up being extremely dysfunctional. We spent over 3 hours before being heard. The judge didn't even show up until about 1.5 hours into it. Nobody got discovery yet despite me and the others being arrested by Delaney Hall 4 months ago and it being requested long ago. Lawyers spent over 2 hours of waiting in a Zoom break room where they were supposed to meet and talk with prosecutors, but no prosecutors showed up. The prosecutor said that he will object to anyone trying to get things dismissed or trying to do something similar "because it's too premature." The prosecutor claimed that he hadn't received the motion to dismiss that my lawyer had filed at least a few weeks ago. My lawyer got kicked off the Zoom and one point and had to get back on. It was just a clown show overall which is unsurprising given how dysfunctional the arrests, jail, and similar things were. What ended up happening was my lawyer said that he's prepared to have the oral arguments now and would like to have them, but of course the prosecutor objected and claimed that it's too premature especially since we don't have discovery yet. We were given a new court date in a few weeks during which my lawyer said that he'll have the oral arguments, and that will be in person. Both me and my lawyer had hoped and expected my last remaining charge/ticket to be dismissed today, but that was unfortunately not the case. Hopefully it will be dismissed at the next hearing. As annoying, stressful, and a waste of time, money, and resources this is, the one bright side is that they're only setting themselves up to be sued for far more.
2nd court hearing tomorrow morning. I'm hoping that my last charge/$500 ticket for "disturbing the peace" will be dismissed. Previously, my resisting arrest charge was dropped, the rioting charge (a felony) was downgraded to failure to disperse (a misdemeanor), and I still had some sort of ticket for violating curfew, all of which were dropped aside from the ticket for which the charge was changed. My lawyers still haven't received any sort of discovery yet. Not even my mugshot. Most of the others who were arrested alongside me will also be having their 2nd court hearing tomorrow, and I'm assuming that the situation is similar for them.

LAST NIGHT: NY Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman attacks NY Gov. Kathy Hochul for "aligning herself with Zohran Mamdani," saying that he is a communist, not a socialist, he is an antisemite who only criticizes Israel while ignoring those killed in Somalia and Nigeria, he won't speak out against global intifada, and that antisemitism has multiplied under Hochul and Mamdani to a critical stage now - at an event in the Chabad Chasidic community in Crown Heights, NY.

For those attacking me in the comments, I'm just reporting on the event. Regarding the many comments about Somalia and Nigeria, I'm assuming that he is mixing up Somalia with Sudan.

Looks like I might be arrested.

LAST NIGHT: NY Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman lays the case for why people should vote for him, claiming that as Nassau County executive he made living more affordable, cut taxes, never raised taxes, increased law enforcement by 900 hires, had budget surpluses every year, has the lowest poverty rate of any county in NY, and more, while visiting the Chabad Chasidic community in Crown Heights, NY.

Small but revealing detail from the NY-17 debate Monday: Cait Conley postures as the working-class candidate while apparently spending $300/week on groceries from DeCicco’s— the gourmet grocer that has a reputation for very high prices in Westchester.
