There's a lot of confusion in the war infospace about people dying and such right now, so just to clarify:
1) On August 26th, the Ukrainians fired several cruise missiles at Donetsk at what they claim were several important Russian military HQs, including the headquarters of the 51st Army. No proof of this has been presented, and no high-ranking officers were shown to have been killed in that strike.
2) Yesterday, several trashy Russian war bloggers started sharing weird "a war hero was killed but I'm not going to tell you who it is" posts for whatever reason.
3) The Ukrainians saw this and decided that it was the commander of the 51st Army, Sergei Milchakov and buried him, even on Wikipedia (wikipedia cites "several Ukrainian and Azeri news outlets" as sources). However, Sergei Milchakov hasn't been commander of the 51st Army in months (but the Ukrainians didn't know this, because wikipedia says he is still the commander). In fact, he was sacked from the army altogether, and thus couldn't have been at any HQs in Donetsk.
4) NAFO degenerates see the surname "Milchakov" and because they can't read they think the commander of the Rusich unit, Alexei Milchakov, was killed.
5) Various pro-Ukrainian accounts on here have been gloating about killing General Milchakov, Alexei Milchakov or both all day, despite the fact that both of them are very much alive.
6) Thank you, Lord, for making my enemies ridiculous.
